Verification on livoW: Agent and Property (Two Different Things)

livoW has two separate verifications — one about you as an agent, one about each individual property — and they shouldn't be confused.

Agent verification

This is about your profile, not a specific property. It grants the verified-agent badge, shown on your profile and across all your listings.

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license.
  • Current ID document.
  • 18 years or older.
  • No fraud record.

Cost and timing

It costs $10 (free with a livoW Partner plan). Once payment is confirmed, livoW's team reviews your documents within 5 to 7 business days. Verification is valid for 2 years.

What your profile gains

  • Verified-agent badge visible on your profile.
  • More trust from buyers.
  • More visibility over non-verified agents.

Property verification

This is different: it applies to one specific property, not your profile, and it's free. You upload a document proving the property and livoW's team reviews it — the document is never shown to anyone else, only livoW's team sees it.

Accepted documents

  • Property deed.
  • Property tax payment.
  • Construction permit.
  • Utility bill (water/power).

If the document states the year the property was built, that gets validated on the listing too. Once approved, the property gets the 🛡️ Verified badge.

livoW never checks the cadastre for this

For privacy reasons, livoW doesn't cross-check your properties against the municipal cadastre to verify them — verification always depends on the document you upload.

Which one do I need?

They're not mutually exclusive: you can have a verified profile and also verify each property you list. If you're just starting out, property verification is free and quick to try; agent verification is an investment in your profile that lasts 2 years.
